The Super Diving Shrimp is a versatile, weighted freshwater shrimp pattern designed to reach the riverbed quickly. Its curved, compact body suggests Gammarus and other crustaceans that trout and grayling find around weed, stones and margins.
Dead-drift it close to the bottom on a tight-line or indicator setup. Use it as the point fly where extra depth is needed, while keeping the drift at the speed of the current. This purposeful pattern can quickly put a welcome bend in the rod.
