By placing an order with Forgewater, you agree to these Terms.
2. Business Customers Only
Forgewater is a wholesale supplier trading exclusively with businesses.
By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing goods for business or commercial purposes and that you have authority to place orders on behalf of your organisation.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any account or order where we reasonably believe this condition is not met.
3. Trade Accounts
Access to pricing and ordering may require an approved trade account.
Approval of a trade account is entirely at Forgewater's discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any trade account at any time where necessary to protect our business or where these Terms have been breached.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Forgewater.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until the order has been reviewed and accepted by us.
We reserve the right to:

Decline any order.

Limit quantities.

Correct pricing errors.

Cancel orders where genuine pricing or technical errors have occurred.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and delivery charges.
Prices may change without notice, however confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
6. Payment
Payment terms are agreed when your trade account is approved.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is required before dispatch.

Ownership of goods remains with Forgewater until payment has been received in full.
Late payments may result in suspension of future orders.
Forgewater reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. Retention of Title
Legal ownership of all goods remains with Forgewater until payment has been received in full.
Until ownership passes, customers shall:

Store goods separately where reasonably possible.

Keep goods identifiable as Forgewater products where practical.

Not pledge or offer the goods as security for any debt.
Nothing in this clause affects the transfer of risk as set out below.
8. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only.
While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, Forgewater shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect all deliveries promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring products may be legally imported into their country.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for:

Import duties.

Customs clearance.

Local taxes.

Regulatory compliance.
Forgewater accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities.
10. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

Natural tying materials vary between batches.

Product images are illustrative.

Specifications may change where necessary to improve products.
Minor variations do not constitute defects.
11. Bespoke & Own-Branded Products
Custom products manufactured specifically for a customer, including bespoke fly selections, own-branded products and custom packaging, cannot normally be cancelled once production has commenced.
These products are non-returnable except where supplied incorrectly or where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product names and designs, remains the intellectual property of Forgewater or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior written permission.
13. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to:

Failure of suppliers or carriers.
Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the relevant event.
